PROFESSIONAL INSIGHT OF A IT GUY

          As i am getting started with my carrer in IT industry i was curious to get a idea about this IT industry so i interviewed an IT employee who is working as a Junior Software Engineer at one of the start up company 

         He was really happy to share his experience in IT industry ,basically he is from Electrical Engineering backround but he intend to work in IT industry because he had a passion towards coding and also to make money he choosed this carrer as he said he started to learn basic knowledge of web technology,sql ,java and javascript with the help of his cousin to enter IT industry it was really hard - pressed days at the beginning because being Electrical Engineering Graduate getting into IT was not effortless he was really working hard to learn new technology than he started this own small projects and ideas to enchance his knowledge so he suggested freshers to study with some basic or mini projects which will really help to learn the stuff in better way and he said learing technical stuff is different and implementing that particular theroy in the project is different so learn with doing some programs as if you are starting your job as a developer and main important thing is to love your work and if you love your work you dont feel to stop it and you should make work as a passion then you feel happy to work .

  As a fresher he gave many interviews but he could not crack even though he works hard on technologies he motivated himself from not backing off and he keep on trying and he learnt from every interview and he analzsised what was wrong what he wanted to get it done he has put his efforts worked hard day and night to prove himself then he finally got job in a start up and even though salary was less he joined to gain knowledge as a fresher ,the attitude we posses plays a major role he started to interact with technical people and learnt skills in better way also he was so active so that he will be conscious on work so that he wont be able to do uneccesary mistakes which leads to stress at end point and he was good at understanding the problem good at analysing and daily learing posses important factor to sustain in this IT field he will be updateing to new features and advance technology there will be lots of challenges in this platform if we are good in techenical passionate towards work, confident bold ,commincate with team members and definitely we can stand in good position
