 Hi...... i am back again this time i have interviewed 10+ years experienced software engineer named  Mr Arivind   these are few insights of IT industry. 

  1. Keep yourself upgraded with new technologies, certifications and remain hands-on.
  2. Never ever bring location as a constraint while looking for a great career in IT. More you move, more you are going to learn & earn.
  3. Never hate a job role in IT, whether it is support, testing, documentation or anything else. i.e. Keep the job for earning, while do the things you love in your free time.
  4. Create your second identity in a technology you love if it is not used in the job you do.
  5. Always leave a positive taste in your manager’s mouth while leaving a job or switching a role. There are always ways exist to work and convince your manager about your move. Such as working hard during your transition.
  6. Never try to impose IT career on your children. Let them do what they love to do. I see most of the IT people are too much excited to teach programming to young kids.
  7. Create your brand using your most unique skill. If you work in large organisation, then people should know you by your name and face.
  8. If you love open source, you need to stay in touch with proprietary products. Open source will keep your conscience clear, but proprietary products pays.
  9. Cherish the history of technologies. Such as how Windows or Linux evolved, how memory/storage modules evolved etc. Only learning latest technology without knowing it’s underlying history, sometimes is waste.
  10. Help others, meet people, discuss ideas, don’t show attitude, don’t burn yourself are few more tips I would like to give

 Hii stranger i hope your well im here to share today's experience with you all...............! As i am freshly started my carrier at Techno Elavate, today i really had a prodigious day at Techno Elavate being fresher i was compltely nervous and scared about the field but end of the day i had cleared heart and mind so i hope my fresh start with postive vibes will  be amazing  today we all trainers met emplooyes who really works hard to achieve good position in their carrier it was really happy to see them, every employee come up with their struggles i can really feel their emotions while they were expressing  their journey every struggle leads to great success hardwork  really pay off if not immediatly but for sure definately so

A New journey is About to Begin

  Yet to breath  new Fresh air.......... H mmmmm , confused scared excited or blank no idea what excatly my mind is feeling ,but it is really having a goal to be done and for sure i'm gonna do it and its about to start! Every single person it might be kid or an adult or an old person everyone have dreams to be seen ideas to be share wishes to be done and goal to be reached but some might do it some just not... but atleast we have to try make an attempt to reach that particular goal wish dream what ever .... Here im hanging my journey which is yet to start!!! before that its crazy to think how fast these years went by. I have vivid memories crazy incidents sad moments excited times and goes on which really helped me to live most amazing experience of life.
