EVERY PROFESSIONAL WAS ONCE A FRESHER

Hello readers i hope you all are safe i would like to share my  first experience  to  interview a fresher of IT company Mr Abhishek working as Associate Software Engineer at Accenture

       It was really new experience to interview an techinical guy to have a clear idea about the IT industry as i am excited to start my carrer as a IT fresher

The word IT as it stands for information technology 

The person who was an interviewer was one of top MNC employee who is working as a Associate Software Engineer at Accenture. Basically he is an MCA degree holder who was placed in college campus as he said Accenture was this first company to give interview and finally he cracked his ever 1st interview, as he was fresher it was really excited as well as nervoused about the field as he started his carrer as a fresher in top MNC.

He really passed hard days at the beginning and also as he was from rural background he was not bold enough to communicate and he had really bad commuincation skills as he said ,so it was really rigorous for him to sustain but he never give up he worked indurate to up skill and started some online courses to make conversant with techinical skills also he started to improve his communiccation skills which is major important in this field and as of fresher we should be flexible to learn the work from the scarch  we have to put lots of efforts so that we can cope up the work and we should have a proper plan so that we will be able to complete the work in time so that we will be safe from dead lines and to handle the stress as of fresher he said we just want to hope for learning the work from scarch at the beginning months of work we should be flexible and be passioned or excite towards work then only we can achieve good promotion or a hike in the company learing techical stuff is not only important we should know how to implentent it to the work you should  be hardworker than that work should be implemented in a smarter way

 Hii stranger i hope your well im here to share today's experience with you all...............! As i am freshly started my carrier at Techno Elavate, today i really had a prodigious day at Techno Elavate being fresher i was compltely nervous and scared about the field but end of the day i had cleared heart and mind so i hope my fresh start with postive vibes will  be amazing  today we all trainers met emplooyes who really works hard to achieve good position in their carrier it was really happy to see them, every employee come up with their struggles i can really feel their emotions while they were expressing  their journey every struggle leads to great success hardwork  really pay off if not immediatly but for sure definately so

A New journey is About to Begin

  Yet to breath  new Fresh air.......... H mmmmm , confused scared excited or blank no idea what excatly my mind is feeling ,but it is really having a goal to be done and for sure i'm gonna do it and its about to start! Every single person it might be kid or an adult or an old person everyone have dreams to be seen ideas to be share wishes to be done and goal to be reached but some might do it some just not... but atleast we have to try make an attempt to reach that particular goal wish dream what ever .... Here im hanging my journey which is yet to start!!! before that its crazy to think how fast these years went by.
