Hey 

Im shilpa im here to share my experience about interviewing a IT employee Mr AYAZ PASHA who is working in MICRON with the 6+ experience in IT industry it was really a  glorious experirence to interview such a talented person .

Mr Ayaz pasha is an Engineering Graduate who was good at studies and intend to work in IT industry he was more passionate towards sloving problems so he started to learn technologies from his pre university and from there he started to do some mini projects as he said he had passion of writing code and then to up skill this knowledge he was doing some online courses and reading magzines and blogs related to IT domain then after completeing this graduation he placed in start up as a fresher he wished to join a start up as a fresher because employee  have a chance to learn everything as a fresher in start ups so that that knowledge will help in greater way so as a fresher he was enthusiastic he choosed this field  because daily we have to update or else we cant sustain in this field so that whenever he code he will write algorithm first and then he write algorithm and he always have a proper plan .

He says this is the domain most of times there won't be a routine works.everyday is new day and new works will be assigned .so he dont feel bored of working, he likes challenges he learn skills from scratch he likes to interact with team members and whatever how simply there work will be he motivates team members likes to give a feedback he will be good and honest so keep working keep motivates and will be keep coding.....
